Call for abstract

 
Instruction to authors for preparation and submission of the POSTER abstract

Abstract must be submitted via website: www.ups-spa.org

Abstract submission deadline. Abstract should be submitted via this website by the 31st of January 2012. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
- Upon submission, the abstract author confirms that the abstract has been previewed and that all information is correct, and accepts that the content of this abstract cannot be modified or corrected after initial submission and is aware that it will be published exactly as submitted.
- The Local Organizing Committee will review the abstracts. Following this, the information regarding acceptance and scheduling will be sent to the abstract submitter.
- The abstract author grants the Congress Organizers license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content of the abstracts. Abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts and presented at website of the SPA.
- Upon submission of the Abstract Submitter confirms that the contact details saved by the system are those of the corresponding author, who will be notified about the status of the abstract. The corresponding author is responsible for informing the other authors about the status of the abstract.

Guidelines for submission:

1. Author and co-authors’ details: Family name and the initials of the first name of each author (do not include titles and degrees). Affiliation details: department, institution\hospital, city, country. If the authors are affiliated in different institutions, the affiliations could be clearly marked with superscripts (using only numbers).

2. Abstract title: limited to 20 words in UPPER CASE. Abbreviations are not permitted.

3. Abstract text
limited to 300 words. No figure or table can be included. Abstract should use the following structured format: introduction, objective, methods, results and conclusion(s). The font should be 12pt Times New Roman (Serbian Latin), single spaced, left justified, with no paragraphs. Full text must precede the first used abbreviation. References and key words are not needed.
